Alexis-Janique and Chanté are mothers, wives, motivational speakers, and innovators. Each platform fulfills their mission to create more human connection, transformational conversations and intentional change.

At both the Let’s Talk Sis Instagram and podcast, they seek to bring awareness to difficult topics related specifically to race, diversity, and human connection to promote dialogue and initiate positive change.
Sinclair Consulting Group
With Sinclair Consulting Group, they have developed a unique framework for implementing inclusive leadership, cultural intelligence, and diverse collaboration. They emphasize the importance of identifying the needs of marginalized groups, humanizing each individual, and building bridges of understanding and connection across cultural boundaries.
Background and Plans
Alexis-Janique and Chanté, with backgrounds in sociology and psychology respectively, have 20 years of experience training in the corporate, educational, and non-profit sector both nationally and internationally. Alexis and Chanté's plans are to continue advocating for unprecedented bonds within the youth, schools, communities and businesses.

Dan Call
Dan has been blessed to work for FamilySearch (Family History Department for the Church) for 16 years. He has held various positions, including Marketing Communications Manager, Event Manager for FamilySearch, and currently works as a Product Manager over Discovery Experiences. He has an MBA from Westminster College. His greatest treasures are his wife, Angie, of 25 years and 4 amazing kids. Outside of his day job, he is seen on stage around the valley, alongside his wife and kids, in various musical theatre productions, especially at CenterPoint Legacy Theatre in Davis County. Some of his favorite roles include, Shrek in Shrek the Musical, Fester in the Addams Family and Horton in Seussical the Musical.
